Kabul : Four soldiers with the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) were killed in Afghanistan, Xinhua quoted the military alliance as saying Tuesday.
The incident took place Monday in the country’s south, which is viewed as a Taliban stronghold. The ISAF did not reveal the nationalities of the victims.
Troops mainly from the US, Britain, Canada and Australia have been stationed in the southern region.
