New Delhi : A minor fire broke out in a surgical ward of Lok Nayak (LN) hospital in central Delhi Thursday afternoon. There were no casualties, fire officials said.
As many as 10 fire tenders were pressed into service. It took about 30 minutes to douse the flames.
“The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The fire emanated from the waste material dumped in the surgical ward of the hospital, which was in first floor. No one was injured and there was no casualty was reported,” a fire officer told IANS.
