Chennai : The opposition DMK has decided that its members in the Tamil Nadu assembly would boycott the budget session for a week as they were not allowed to speak or respond to the charges made against the party by the members of the treasury bench.
In a statement issued here Tuesday, the DMK said the party discussed whether its legislators should participate in the assembly session as they were not allowed to reply to the baseless charges made by the ruling party members against the party.
