Dubai : The World Bank has rated the Dubai Municipality as the world’s 12th best government organization in 2012 in terms of competitiveness, an official said Sunday.
Khalid Mohammed Saleh, director of buildings department, said this at a meeting of construction consultants in Dubai. The participants shared their views with the municipality officials at the forum.
