Lucknow : The Uttar Pradesh government Wednesday shortlisted three developers to submit bids by Nov 5 for setting up an IT Park here.
The decision was taken at a meeting of board of directors of Lucknow Industrial Development Authority. The park will be built at an estimated cost of Rs.285 crore on some 130,000 square metres of land.
Aditya Housing and Infrastructure Development Corp Pvt Ltd of Hyderabad, Raheja Developers of New Delhi, Patel Engineering Ltd of Mumbai and Apco Infratech Ltd of Lucknow had bid to develop the park.
Raheja Developers’ application was rejected as it was not submitted in the prescribed format.
