Kathmandu : Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi flew back home Monday evening after a two-day official visit to Nepal.
Before leaving Kathmandu, Modi invited his Nepalese counterpart Sushil Koirala to visit India. Koirala agreed, saying the dates would be finalised bilaterally.
Koirala, parliament Speaker Subas Nembang, Deputy Prime Ministers Dev Gautam and Prakash Man Singh and Information Minister Minendra Rijal, the minister in waiting for Modi, saw off the Indian leader at the airport.
Modi also met leaders of different political parties at Hyatt Regency in Kathmandu where he was staying.
