Jhalani, who is also the CVO of the health ministry, has been appointed the CVO of All India Institute of Medical Sciences after the completion of the tenure of Vishwas Mehta, a 1986 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre, last month.
Jhalani’s tenure ends Feb 13.
