PM Modi’s concern for Muslim women appeared in a BJP rally for UP election

There is dire need to understand the ongoing issue of Instant Talaq erroneously referred to as Triple Talaq with deep sense of intellect.This is completely a political issue and nothing to do with women rights or even the procedure of divorce. On the pretext of Instant Talaq, the authorities and the so called Andolans actually wants to snatch away the Quranic rights of Muslim men from pronouncing Talaq itself that Allah Ta’ala has provided as a secured, peaceful and Ahsan method of separation between a husband and a wife when nothing is going good in their relationship after due ‘Mandatory Arbitration’ and reconciliation attempts between the spouses and amongst elders from both the sides fails.
Remember, Talaq in itself is not a problem but it’s a solution to the problems.
On contrary, As per their evil plots, A Muslim family shall be bound to move to courts taking their Personal issues in public and making a mockery of their privacy explaining all the details of their private lifes and in some cases maybe minute details of their intimate relations, mud slinging each other in front of the authorities and in front of judges who shall then decide on their fate to continue or break the relationship. The legal case will keep running in courts for years or even decades and the courts shall decide on maintenance of divorced wife.
Allah Ta’ala has provided a much better way of separation giving justice to both wife and husband in the form of either Talaq or “khula” to both men and women and maintenance of a women is also limited and after which both shall be free to go for another marriage instead of running in courts for years for separation. In any case, Our way of separation is far better than other communities where we also find numerous cases of abandonment and desertion of wives, some of which are related to popular figures in Indian politics who are ironically fighting for muslim women rights which is nothing but laughable.
Triple Talaq is a Fiqhi issue that is to be discussed internally amongst our ulema about its validity, it’s Pros and Cons.
But, at this juncture , I feel if the groups among Muslims who oppose Triple Talaq don’t understand the larger issue that this is not about talaq or rights of Muslim women but rather an attempt to put Muslims on defensive so that they continue to remain marginalized politically, economically, and socially.
This is the TIME that has arrived for a dire need of UNITY leaving behind Madhabi and Aqaidi differences and supporting each one being attacked either against muslim laws or for false accusations on our learned Muslim scholars on terrorism influencing charges or for beef politics to name a few .
