The results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains have been announced for this year. And the students of Rahmani Program of Excellence, also known as Rahmani30, have been successful with 131 out of 142, that is 92% of all students, clearing the exams. Amazingly, all but one in the female engineering stream were successful – this is an inspiring performance, especially given that engineering is a less favoured stream for female students in our societal context.
JEE is an entrance examination for Institutes of National Importance (INI), and several other engineering and architecture colleges. Millions of students each year apply for a few thousand seats at the undergraduate level at these educational organizations. Successful students enjoy world class education, finest research facilities, international research opportunities all at practically free or highly subsidized fee structures.
Rahmani Program of Excellence has gone global last year. Students for the commerce batch were able to clear from NRI Batch “Bangalore” National Stock Exchange NCFM certification during their first year in the program. The second entrance examination was conducted in the United Arab Emirates. T
his is a great opportunity for these students to prepare for universities of national importance and seek their higher education in one of the top ranked universities in India. Rahmani30 team is currently in UAE and have travelled through Saudi Arabia to propagate excellence in higher education in Gulf for Non Resident Indians.
One of the most promising and exciting developments has been the success of the Medical stream of Rahmani Program of Excellence students with 17 out of 22 boys from the Patna branch, and 3 out of 9 girls from the Aurangabad branch, who attempted this exam were successful. This unprecedented success can be attributed to the unique learning methodology of Rahmani30. The successful students can very well leverage their talents in fields such as Biotechnology, Bioengineering, and others.
This year Rahmani30 students achieved the following rankings. In the general category, All India Rankings (AIR) were 1421, 1633, 2766, and 3098; In the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) it achieved 290, 791, and 1308 and in the Other Backward Class (OBC) it bagged 1082, 1168, and 2453.
