Tunis : Chairman of the Arab Interim Parliament (AIP) Mohammad Jassem Al-Saqer met with Tunisian President Zine El-Abidine Ben-Ali, where they discussed the latest developments and activities of the parliament.
Al-Saqer told reporters after the meeting Friday that the Tunisia has been a main contributor to AIP’s achievements, thanking the President for his support of the parliament.
Al-Saqer met Thursday with Speaker of the Tunisian Lower House Fouad Al-Mubze’ with the event focusing on the latest AIP achievements and plans.
The AIP chairman arrived here Thursday for a three-day visit where he will convene with top Tunisian officials.
