Damascus : Arab leaders or their representatives, meeting here for the 20th Arab summit conference, ended their opening session on Saturday and were scheduled to meet again on Sunday to hear speeches of the rest of the participating delegations.
Five leaders in addition to Syrian President Bashar al Assad and the Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa addressed the opening session.
HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah is leading Kuwait’s delegation to the conference and due to deliver his speech tomorrow.
