New Delhi : Australia will play their first Test of the four-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against India in Bangalore from Oct 9, it was announced by the Indian cricket board here Wednesday.
They Australians after their arrival in India Sep 29 will play a four-day practice match Oct 2-5. The venue and the opposition are yet to be decided by the board.
The second Test will be played at Mohali from Oct 17 and the third Test will be at Delhi from Oct 28.
The fourth and the final Test will be played at Nagpur from Nov 5.

Oct 2-5: Four-day practice match
Oct 9-13: 1st Test, Bangalore
Oct 17-21: 2nd Test, Mohali
Oct 28 to Nov 1: 3rd Test, Delhi
