Riyadh : Documents of an agreement pertaining to reciprocal encouragement and protection of investments between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India were ratified here today.
The agreement was signed in New Delhi on January 25, 2006.
The minutes of exchanging the documents were signed by undersecretary of the foreign ministry for economic and cultural affairs Dr Yousef bin Tarrad al-Saadoun, and N. Rafi, the secretary of the oriental department at the Indian foreign affairs ministry.
The agreement will be under implementation after 30 days from the date of the ratification of the documents.
