Mumbai : Deccan Chargers captain V.V.S. Laxman won the toss and opted to bowl against Mumbai Indians in the 14th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) Twenty20 cricket tournament at the newly built D.Y. Patil Sports Complex here Sunday.
