Moscow : The inauguration of Dmitry Medvedev as Russia’s third president is to be broadcast live on the Internet on Wednesday, under a deal between the Russian state-owned VGTRK television and radio company and the Microsoft Corporation, the companies said in a joint press release.
The ceremony will be shown on the Vesti-24 TV website using Microsoft Silverlight technology.
The inauguration ceremony starts at 11:45 a.m. (7:45 a.m. GMT) and is also due to be broadcast live on Russian state television.
