Turnout in 5th district at 24 pct by noon

Kuwait : Approximate turnout in the fifth constituency by noon on Saturday, as surveyed by KUNA, stood at 23,311 votes, or 24 percent of the 101,294 eligible voters registered in the district.

The turnout was based on a survey of most of the 116 electoral committees in the 20 residential areas.

The fifth constituency consists of Ahmadi, Hadiya, Fintas, Mahboula, Abu Halifa, Sabah Al-Salem Area, Rigga, Subahiya, Thahar, Oqaila, Qurain, Addan, Qusour, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Fahad Al-Ahmad Area, Jaber Al-Ali Area, Fahaheel, Manqaf, Ali Sabah Al-Salem Area, Mina Abdullah, Zor, and Wafra.

There are a total of 101,294 eligible voters registered in the constituency, of which 46,876 are men and 54,418 are women.
