SS Kapur to be chief secretary

Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir state cabinet will meet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, here on Monday June 9.
Reliable sources told News Agency of Kashmir that the meeting was called by the CM to discuss upcoming summer session of the state legislature in Srinagar.
Though the agenda of the meeting was yet to be circulated among the ministers, sources added that announcement of handing over a portfolio to newly inducted bureaucrat turned politician B R Kundal will also be made in the meeting. Sources claim that Kundal is likely to get Revenue portfolio.
Highly placed sources told News Agency of Kashmir that the cabinet will also discuss the posting of new chief secretary. “the name of SS Kapur has been finalized and both PDP and Congress have compromised over the issue on Saturday” well informed told NAK adding the name of Anil Goswami is being considered for Financial commissioner Home while BB Viyas to go as principal secretary to chief minister.
If sources are to be believed, cabinet will also affect some minor reshuffle in police and civil administration.
