Vienna : The price for crude oil produced by the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) fell for the ninth day in a row Thursday, data released by the OPEC Friday showed.
One barrel (159 litres) of OPEC-produced crude stood at $122.42 Thursday, down $1.47 from $123.89 the previous day.
OPEC calculates an average basket price based on 13 important brands produced by cartel members.
