New Delhi: A local doctor from Delhi’s North-East district Dr Faheem Beg was ushered out of the Vigyan Bhavan after he stood up and told the Prime Minister that instead of starting new schemes, UPA government should first implement earlier programmes on the ground.

As police rushed towards him, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi was seen directing the police to not arrest him. Both she and PM Manmohan Singh requested the Minority Affair Minister K Rehman Khan to listen to his concerns.
