Chasing a target of 256, India made 260 for four wickets in 46.3 overs in the day-and-night encounter at the Captain Roop Singh Stadium.
For India, Sachin Tendulkar was the top scorer with his 97 while Yuvraj Singh was unbeaten on 53.
