Moscow : Head and professors of Russian Academy of Sciences’ Philosophy Institute in a meeting here Friday with Iran’s Cultural Attache surveyed ways to cooperate with Iranian
philosophers.
The meeting between the Iranian Cultural Attache,
Abuzar brahimi and the Russian philosophers took place at the Russian Philosophy institute.
The head of the Russian Philosophy Institute Vladimir Hosseinev referred to the record of his affiliated organ’s cooperation with the Iranian Cultural Attache based on a cultural contract signed between the two bodies, asking for further strengthening such scientific ties and renewing the said contract.
Iran’s Cultural Attache in Russia, too, during the meeting approved of continuation of the cultural relation and further broadening of its dimensions in the field of translating philosophical books, particularly those on Islamic philosophy, as well as convening meetings and conferences between the Iranian and Russian
philosophers.
Ebrahimi meanwhile met and conferred with the professors and top students of that institute and proposed that they would take advantage of the Iranian Cultural Attache’s website that is currently loading a comprehensive virtual library including great philosophical works, and electronic magazines.
He meanwhile proposed that a conference allocated to surveying the philosophical thoughts of the late Imam Khomeini (P) would be held on the anniversary of his demise, which was welcomed by that institute’s officials.
