London : Pro-Palestine demonstrators once again took to the streets for the eighth time Saturday in a series of fortnightly protests against the sale of beauty products from the illegal Israeli West Bank settlement of Mitzpe Shalem.
The protest outside Ahava in Covent Garden, central London, is to the complicity of Israeli beauty product company in the expansion of settlements which are illegal under the Fourth Geneva Convention.
The boycott is supported by a range of organisations, including that includes the International Solidarity Movement, Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Jews for the Boycott of Israeli Goods and others.
PSC said the worldwide campaign against Ahava is bearing fruit with a court case in France started against Sephora chain of cosmetics stores for retailing the illegal beauty products.
