Patna: M Rafi is buoyant with the maiden success of his student at the Civil Services exam held by UPSC. His confidence level in his own style of coaching has gone up after Azhar Jamal, a medical graduate and native of Siwan district of the state, cleared Civil Services 2010. Ranked 857, Jamal is one of 920 successful candidates whose results were announced earlier this month.

In 2010, Rafi, who is director of Sarvodaya Civil Services coaching centre in Patna, had successfully guided 17 Muslim candidates to clear Bihar civil services held by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Adding another feather in his cap this year, his lone candidate Azhar Jamal has cleared national Civil Services exam 2010. Jamal is among 31 successful Muslim candidates at the civil services 2010.

“I was confident of the success as I had faith in the way I was guiding the candidate. Jamal’s success has proved my style of guidance is correct,” said Rafi while talking to TwoCircles.net.

Resident of Bilaspur Paschim Tola under Bhagwanpur Haat block in Siwan district, Jamal is third son of Hakim Dr Mohd Mazharul Haque and Rabeya Khatoon.
