By TCN Staff Correspondent,

New Delhi: The six alleged IM men, arrested for their alleged involvement in firing and triggering a bomb explosion near Jama Masjid in September 2010, have been sent to Judicial Custody.

This has come as a big relief to the family of accused who were worried for their safety in the Police Custody. The family is gearing up for long legal battle and lining up the legal options available in the country.

Mr. Hassan Aziz Aamir, brother of one of the accused and former vice president of the Aligarh Muslim University Student Union, when contacted showed his satisfaction on the development in this case and requested the authorities to file the charge-sheet as early as possible.

Amir also said that he has full faith in the Indian Judiciary and is sure of winning the long battle against the injustice done to his brother and others and their subsequent branding of IM operative. He also thanked the media for highlighting his case.
