New Delhi: Nusrat Ali, Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH), strongly condemned the serial bomb blasts in Delhi on Saturday, which left 21 killed and many injured, and described them as inhuman act.
By doing these antihuman conspiracies some forces want to destroy peaceful atmosphere and solidarity of the country but they will not success in their mischievous aims, because old and close mutual relationship among the citizens of this country cannot be annihilated by such heinous acts, he said. He warned these enemies of human beings to shun their destructive activities and adopt constructive conducts.
In a press statement issued today, Nusrat Ali expressed utter surprise over the incident of Delhi serial blasts. “It is not the first terrible incident of Delhi or the country, so why was our Intelligence Bureau completely unaware or clueless about the incident despite having a massive network across the country? Why it is happening continuously?” he asked. He further said, “this leads us to the conclusion that either our Intelligence department is sleeping or showing irresponsibility in identifying real culprits.”
He backed the demand that in place of just targeting a particular community, government should establish a high-level committee to investigate such incidents to prevent them from recurrence.
Nusrat Ali pointed out, “it cannot be ignored that some political gains may be behind these series of blasts. That’s why it has become a sad tradition to always blame Muslims without investigation for each terror attacks.” Demanding the government to investigate impartially and on high-level, he asserted, “don’t blame any person or community before the investigation.”
