Bahrain deputy premier: Nuclear energy Iran’s undeniable right

Tehran : Bahraini Deputy Premier Sheikh Mohamed bin Mobarak Al Khalifa said that peaceful use of nuclear energy is within the framework of international laws is the undeniable right of Iran.

He made the remark in a meeting with Iran’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Hossein Amir Abdollahian in Prime Minister’s Palace on Thursday.

Referring to Iran’s achievements in the field of nuclear energy, he added that like other countries, Iran is also entitled to peaceful use of nuclear energy.

Regional countries need peace and stability for implementing their long-term economic plans, he said, noting that today some want to block other countries’ nuclear progresses.

Hailing the improving trend of bilateral ties, he described diplomatic shuttles between the two countries and other regional states as essential.

Amir Abdollahian, for his part, said that developing regional cooperation is the best way for strengthening peace and stability in the region and countering interfering policies by foreign countries.

He submitted a letter of invitation from deputy to first vice president, Ali Aqa Mohammadi to the Bahraini official.
