New Delhi : Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) S.Y. Quraishi, along with an Election Commission team, will Monday review poll preparations in the state, a statement said.
Quraishi and election commissioners will meet representatives of national parties and then meet district magistrates, senior superintendents of police and other senior civil and police officials.
The team will return to Delhi Monday evening.
Assembly elections are due in Uttar Pradesh next year.
