New Delhi : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned here late Tuesday night after what he called a “very constructive and productive visit” to China.
During his visit, he met President Hu Jintao and Prime Minister Wen Jiabao when the two sides signed 11 agreements that have taken their ties to a qualitative new level even as they decided to “accelerate” efforts towards reduction of their dragging border dispute.
