Gaza : Two missiles fired by Palestinian gunners crashed into the Israeli town of Sderot on Saturday inflicting damage, a spokesman of the Israeli Army said.
The spokesman told Israel Radio the missiles damaged several buildings and houses in Israel’s southern town, and two other rockets hit a location near the town.
He confirmed that Israeli aircraft attacked a car boarding activists of Islamic Jihad north of Gaza city, but they all survived the attack.
The Israeli Army declared, earlier today, that the Palestinians fired, on Friday, up to 25 missiles and eight mortar shells in the direction of Israeli towns and targets causing damage.
Sderot has been hard hit with recurring missile attacks by mobile Palestinian units operating in the north of Gaza Strip. Most of these rockets are locally made.
