Kabul : The occupying forces’ air raid against a house in the Afghan province of Farah killed seven members of a family, reported the police in the capital on Monday.
The bombing occurred on Sunday in Bakwa district where a woman, two children and four men died, told the media general Khialbaz Sherzai, police’s chief in Farah, at the southeast of the Afghan territory.
Spokesmen from the NATO and United States’ commands reported lack of immediate information over the air raid and the civilian Afghan victims.
The issue dealing with death and wounded civilians due to foreign force’s violence is very important in Afghanistan and has prompted street demonstrations demanding the withdrawal of thousand of US soldiers and NATO from the country.
International entities reported that over 2000 civilians died in 2007 in that central Asian Islamic nation due to military operations of which almost 500 are victims of air raids from the Pentagon and its allies.
