New Delhi : National record holder Sreedharan Preeja won her second silver medal of the Asian Athletics Championships when she came second in the women's 5,000 metres race in Amman, Jordan, Saturday.
Preeja clocked 16 minutes, 56.16 seconds to finish behind Bahrain's Kareema Saleh Jasmin, who clocked 16 minutes, 40.87 sec to win gold, according to the Indian Athletics Federation.
Mi Gyong Kim of North Korea finished third in 18 minutes, 21.32 sec.
Preeja had earlier won the 10,000m silver Wednesday.
