List of sarkari Hajis; they include Imams, Muftis

By Mumtaz Alam Falahi, TwoCircles.net,

New Delhi: Government of India every year sends Haj Goodwill Delegation to Saudi Arabia. Members of delegations are handpicked. Have a look at the list of nine such delegations (from 2000 to 2008), and you will conclude: They are politicians, journalists, clerics, bureaucrats and social workers, seemingly picked to please them, award them or silence them.

If you find Dr Farooq Abdullah, Syed Sibte Razi, A R Antulay and Mehbooba Mufti, you will also find Maulana Arshad Madani, Maulana Anzar Shah Kashmiri, Mufti Abdul Mannan Kalimi, Qari Mohammed Mian Mazhari and Maulana Qari Mufti Alhaj Syed Mohammed Noor. Besides, there are Allama Mohd. Sacred journey, sinful passengers: Hajj scams in India

Ye sarkari HAJ kya ALLAH ko kabool hoga?

Yeh SARKARI HAJIs 100% Govt fund me Haj karthe he. Yeh Haj kya allah ko kabool hoga?

Why no DALIT MUSLIM /poor muslim QUOTA in sarkari HAJ ? The list consist of only UPPER CASTE MUSLIMS and is dominated by SAYEDS, PEERS, KHANS and MIRZAS. Why are not MUSLIMS agitating against not granting DALIT QUOTA for HAJ?

such people go as hajj delegates!!!

people married to sikhs, christians go as hajj delegates...
this is one reason why the hindutvawadi oppose hajj subsidy...

She got married to Col R.S Sodhi (Pickles) and chose to be a wife and take care of her three lovely children.

Sarkari Hajis

What an eye-opener!I have noticed that TCN and Radiance are the publications who do not hesitate to publish articles unpalatable to conservative Muslims. Kuslim community does need reform from inside. Do the good work with double vigour..

Sarkari Haj

Sacred Haj is a requirement from sinful people - just like having a "holy-bath with Ganga-jal", beleiving all sins will be forgiven.

Mr. Ali Akbar, there is no caste system in Islam - only preferential treatment, from influential persons.

That's what has been happening since the year 2000, when allocation (I mean selection) of "sarkari hajis", was passed on to "monkey" sena.

You know, when a monkey is given "tarazoo" (I mean scale), and asked to do justification - what's the result?

Shall I write the saying, about "monkey justification"???

An Indian

Sarkari haji's

Sir,
You have done a great service to the Muslim community of India. I sincerely feel though not a Muslim that Haj subsidy should be given only to NON income tax payees and that too only once. For poor it is once in lifetime pigrimage while for others it is a trip to make connections

There is no question of

There is no question of accepting subsidy or any help for Hajj ... it has to be performed from your own money earned in legitimate way ...For my Muslim fellows, i noticed that there are many women in the list of the Hajj delegates. Who was there 'Mahram'? Or did they solemnise marriage with someone before leaving and divorced after coming back from Hajj!!

Will you eat Zabiha pork?

Under Islamic laws Haj is a requirement for every able bodied Muslim – if he/she can afford it from his/her lawful income. Responsible religious people do NOT perform Haj with borrowed money or by accepting perks/bribes. It is like eating pork slaughtered in the name of Allah.
