Order passed by NMC dtd.22.07.2009 .case NO.918 of 2008

State govt of Maharashtra has been ignoring the judgment or order passed by NMC since long. There is no any action taken by state govt that is absolutely DADAGIRI of Govt.
Govt of Mahrashtra is not taking but also giving any response to NMc's order which is i considering the INSULT of Commission.
Please Refer Order passed by NMC dtd.22.07.2009 .case NO.918 of 2008 since when i am trying to accept the order and there is no any single reply up-till now.

Non selection of Muslim Minority in VISVA BHARATI

Why VBU is so reluctant to absorb muslim in teaching and adminstrative post?

Easter should be declared as a Gazetted Holiday

Easter has more importance in Christians life than even Christmas.Because it is on a Sunday its taken for granted. In 2009 the All India IIT JEE exams were held on this very solemn and pious day.Christian Institutions and staff were deployed for this duty and had to miss Church for the sake of duty.
Christians have only Christmas and Good Friday as declared Gazetted Holiday.
It is high time the Minority Commission takes up this issue and show us that Minorities does not mean ONLY MUSLIMS.

govt shud take notice of these things

I agree with your demand. Government shud take care of these things before announcing dates for important exams.

I will also like to bring to your notice that Xians schools are conducting their own internal exams on other religion's festivals. Do you any advice for them??

National Minority Commission

Many muslims call National Minority Commission as Toothless Tiger. Is it correct?

correct

correct

NCM MUST HAVE EMAIL I.D.

EVEN IF ONE RINGS UP A THOUSAND TIMES, ONE DOES NOT GET THE CONNECTION TO THE NCM . WHY GOD ALONE KNOWS. THE COMMISSION DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE INTERNET I.D. SO THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH IS TO SEND A COMMUNICATION BY REGISTERED POST AND PATIENTLY WAIT INDEFINITELY. THE WHOLE THING APPEARS TO ME AS A FARCE AND A FRAUD WHICH IS BEING PLAYED ON THE MUSLIM MINORITY COMMUNITY

It is the duty of the minorities to take maximum benefits from the NCM.Until you activate it in most potent way,it would not be able to function properly. If your votes are the factor for any political party then this power has to be exercised for the institutions created by the Government for its citizens. SC/St can derive all the benefits from their commission and why not we? Let us empower it by placing our problems so that it starts functioning in its full swing.
