Jammu : Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Minister for New and Renewable Energy Farooq Abdullah Sunday condoled the death of spiritual guru Sathya Sai Baba, describing it as a “grave loss” to his devotees the world over.
Azad told reporters: “The death of Sai Baba is a grave loss to his devotees spread over the world. His services to humanity would always be remembered.”
Abdullah said Sai Baba’s death has left a vacuum. “I feel for his devotees who are in mourning,” he added.
Sathya Sai Baba, 85, died Sunday morning in Puttaparthy in Andhra Pradesh, plunging the pilgrim town and millions of his followers into deep grief.
