Shia Waqf Board has claimed that it has never put its version in the various courts whenever the dispute was heard in the courts.  Till now, Sunni Central Waqf Board has been one of the main sides in the mosque’s case.

Shia Waqf Board has authorised board chairman Sayed Waseem Rizavi for putting up the claims in the various courts of Faizabad district.

Till now, Babri Masjid Action Committee has been the major side in the mosque case. Those who have favoured the construction of Ram Temple at the disputed site have questioned the importance of Babri Masjid Action Committee.

Not long ago, BJP’s Syed Iqbal Haider held a meeting in Lucknow Press Club on April 21 in which he insisted members to be prepared for the construction of Ram Temple. He also accused Babri Masjid Action Committee of creating differences among the people and claimed that mosque belonged to Shia Central Waqf Board.

Haider installed posters around Lucknow and Faizabad districts in which he openly claimed to construct Ram Temple. Prime Minister Modi and State’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were also displayed prominently in the posters. Various religious Muslim leaders were also put in the posters without their consent.
