During its four-day visit, the delegates will meet Iranian Atomic Energy Organisation officials to discuss the action plan for inspection of Natanz uranium enrichment facility within the framework of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, IRNA news agency quoted an official as saying.

On March 24, the UN Security Council unanimously adopted a new resolution with tougher sanctions to pressure Iran to suspend its uranium enrichment activities.

Some western countries and the US are accusing Iran of developing nuclear weapons, an allegation which Tehran has denied saying its nuclear programme is meant for civilian and peaceful use.

However, an IAEA report in May said that Iran continued to resist the UN Security Council ban on enrichment and was expanding its activities instead.
