New Delhi : The next edition of the Delhi Hutch half marathon will be run on Oct 28, and its prize money of $160,000 makes it the richest such event in the world, its organisers said Friday.
Harit Nagpal, director marketing and new business for leading mobile service provider Hutch made the announcement here Friday evening.
The organisers said that self-registration kiosks would be set up across the national capital soon to make it easier for participants to sign up for the event.
Indian Olympic Association president Suresh Kalmadi said: “I am very delighted that corporates are coming forward and helping the cause of sports.”
