Achievements of CRISP lauded, MoU signed with IBM

Bhopal : Madhya Pradesh Government Chief Secretary R.C. Sahni has lauded the achievements of the Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance, (CRISP), since its inception ten years ago saying that these are more than expected.This can be attributed to the skill and efficiency of all those associated with it who worked untiringly keeping in view the requirements of modern times, he added.

Sahni was addressing as chief guest at the concluding session of a function organized to mark completion of ten years of CRISP here today. Chairman of the CRISP Society Dr. H. P. Dixit was special guest on the occasion.

He said that CRISP should build on its achievements to make a mark at national and international level taking advantage of its past experiences. The institution has the competence and skill for this. Stressing the need for sustaining the achievements of ten years, he said that activities of the CRISP should be further expanded and diversified.

Sahni inaugurated a Center of E-governance website on the occasion. A Memorandum of Understanding, (MoU), was signed between I.B.M. and CRISP on the occasion. It envisages promoting use of Information Technology and facilitating it. Vice chairman of the I.B.M. (India) Vivek Malhotra was also present on the occasion.

The chairman of CRISP Society Dr. H. P. Dixit delivered the welcome address. Principal Secretary, Technical Education Raghav Chandra said that CRISP should work by setting targets for next ten years. It still has a long way to go.

Chief Executive Officer P.K. Shrivastava made a visual presentation and said that CRISP has received whole-hearted cooperation from various departments of the Madhya Pradesh Government.

The German partners D.J. Hahn and Dr. G. Kohlheyer also praised the progress made by CRISP in various fields registering outreach of efficient services to its clientele. It is said to be a replicable model organization, they added.

The present and past chairmen of CRISP Society were felicitated on the occasion. Deputy Manager Sandeep Jain proposed a vote of thanks and presented mementos to the guests. ([email protected]
