Islamabad : Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Lou Zhao Hui has discussed matters pertaining to promotion of bilateral cooperation in the petroleum sector with Petroleum and Natural Resources Minister Ahsanullah Khan, said an official statement.
The diplomat felicitated the Minister on assuming the portfolio of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources in the caretaker Cabinet and hoped that Sino-Pak historic friendly relations would further grow and flourish during his tenure.
Khan said that Pakistan and China enjoy historic deep-rooted friendship and both the countries were cooperating in all sphere of life for the mutual advantage including the oil and gas.
