Ahmedabad : Counting of the millions of votes polled in Gujarat’s assembly elections began Sunday, election officials said.
An Election Commission official said the counting started at 8 a.m. Both the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress have said they hope to win the electoral battle.
