After a long wait, the Jagran group's Radio Mantra was formally launched Saturday by Rahul Gupta, a director of the company, on the auspicious 07-07-07.

FM radio sets are in great demand at the Shah Talkies electronic market.

"All sets we brought from Delhi have been sold out. Inquiries are on about the latest models," said a shopkeeper, Rakesh.

The FM is expectedly proving popular with the younger set. Students have been buying cheaper headphone type FM sets costing around Rs.50 each.
