New Delhi : Ace Indian tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi will open academies in 16 Ansal townships in north India, it was announced here Wednesday.
At a joint press conference here, Bhupathi and real estate giant Ansal announced that these academies, which will be part of the township clubs, will initially be launched in 10 cities. They said that Rs.50-70 million will be spent on each academy.
The project will be started in Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad (all satellite towns of Delhi), Lucknow, Mohali, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Meerut and Panipat.
