Kathmandu : The Nepalese Minister for Foreign Affairs Sahana Pradhan has said that Nepal will soon open an embassy in Israel, Nepalese News Agency RSS reported Saturday.
According to RSS, Pradhan made the announcement after her meeting Friday with Israel’s Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Tzipi Livni.
Pradhan is on an official visit to Israel. This is the first visit of a Nepalese Minister for Foreign Affairs to Israel since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1960.
