A Jordanian national, Asha, 26, will be produced before the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Friday. He was arrested on a motorway on June 29.

He is accused of conspiring with Iraqi doctor Bilal Talal Samad Abdullah and Indian national Kafeel Ahmed and "others unknown", Scotland Yard said.

He remains in custody at Paddington Green police station.

Asha is the fourth person to be charged in connection with the incidents, after Bilal Abdullah and Indian doctor Sabeel Ahmed and his cousin Mohammed Haneef, who has been detained in Australia.

Sabeel's brother Kafeel Ahmed, who suffered 90 percent burns while attempting to drive into Glasgow airport in a blazing jeep, remains in hospital under armed guard.
