Suicide bomber kills six people in Iraq

Mosul (Iraq) : A suicide bomber blew himself up at the entrance to a police station in a town in northern Iraq Thursday, killing at least six people, including five policemen, police said.

The human bomb blew himself up at the police station of Tal Abta town, 80 km west of Mosul, a spokesman of Mosul police told Xinhua.

The attack also killed a civilian and wounded 13 people, including 10 policemen, the spokesman said.

Mosul, 400 km north of Baghdad, is the capital of Nineveh province, where Tal Abta is located.
