Beijing : Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju died Saturday of illness at the age of 69.
Huang was also a member of the standing committee of the political bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Huang, born in September 1938, joined CPC in March 1966 and graduated from the electrical engineering department of Qinghua University. He became a vice-premier in March 2003.
