Paris : India' Sania Mirza and her French partner Fabrice Santoro sailed into the second round of the mixed doubles competition of the French Open tennis tournament.
The Indo-French pair suffered no hiccups and defeated Vania King of the US and Frantisek Cermak of the Czech Republic 6-2 6-0 in their opening encounter here Friday.
Sania and Santoro were the in fine form and saved the five breakpoints and won the match in just 45 minutes.
The Indian has already bowed out of the singles and the doubles event as well.
