Chennai : Chennai-based Sundaram Infotech Solutions Ltd (SISL), the IT arm of Sundaram Finance Ltd, Monday announced a marketing partnership with Jordan's Business Soft to offer ERP solutions in the West Asian country.
The partnership will target Jordan's market with SISL-Microsoft Axapta ERP solution. The two companies will focus primarily on the financial services and manufacturing verticals.
SISL is one of the largest partners of Axapta, the ERP solution from Microsoft that comprises modules addressing the total and integrated information needs of an enterprise.
The Indian firm will provide the technology solutions and support delivery, both on-site and offshore from its software development facility here, while Business Soft will handle the sales and account management with the customers in Jordan.
"Our growth strategy as we expand into a new geography is to partner with leading local players in that market," said Srinivas Acharya, deputy managing director of Sundaram Finance and CEO of SISL.
"Sundaram Infotech is a trusted name in the market place and has been known for long and enduring relationship with partners," said Maen Hinnawi, managing director of Business Soft.
"With Sundaram Infotech as our implementation and delivery partner, we believe we will be able to jointly tap into the ERP market in Jordan," Hinnawi said in a statement here.
