Kabul : A boat capsize in Helmand province of southern Afghanistan, left 20 to 30 Taliban insurgents dead, a defence spokesman said Tuesday.
The accident occurred Monday after the militants on board were fleeing a battlefield in the region, the spokesman said.
On Friday, a boat capsize on Helmand River that twists through the province, killed all 60 Taliban rebels on board.
