Nay Pyi Taw : Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander P. Losyukov, who is on a visit to Myanmar, Saturday called on the Secretary-1 of the State Peace and Development Council (SPDC), Lieutenant General Thein Sein.
The deputy minister and his party were received at the SPDC Office here. Also present during the call were Minister for Foreign Affairs U Nyan Win, Minister for Energy Brigadier General Lun Thi and senior officials.
